REGISTRATION
To register for a getaway, go to categories and choose the getaway you wish to register for. Please fill out the form completely. This server is to be used only if you are paying your $50.00 deposit by credit card . If you will be paying by check, register here. This is a secure server and you will receive an email with a confirmation and receipt for your registration. Six weeks before your getaway you will receive an information packet with class registration, directions, schedule, what to pack, final billing for your balance, etc.
IMPORTANT:
Under comments, please let us know who your roomies are and who your tablemates are. If you have a coupon please let us know where you got the coupon from and the amount of the coupon. Every attendee needs to fill out a registration form OR call us to ensure your reservation. We also need to know if you have any special needs dietary or otherwise. Feel free to use the comment field for any addition comments or questions. You can email us or call us 800-721-CROP(2767)with any questions about registration or if you have any questions before you receive your packet.
BALANCE DUE - You can pay your balance due online after the information packets have gone out. You will need to go to the catagory..BALANCE DUE FOR LAKE TAHOE and it will have the total fee minus your $50.00 deposit. If your balance is different then what is listed due to coupons or credits, then please contact us and we will take your information over the phone.
