Welcome to the Technical FAQ Section

This growing section has been designed to help you with most of your technical questions.

Since “FAQ” is the term everyone knows for Frequently Asked Question, we’ve given this section that name so you know where to get answers to questions.

However, a better name for this section might have been “IAQs” for Infrequently Asked Questions. In our effort to make this site as easy to use as possible, we’ve developed these wide-ranging topics and responses to answer as many potential questions as possible while you’re right on the site. Don’t let the quantity of questions worry you. The average user will never really need to know (or want to know!) about most of these topics. We’re just being thorough.

Please note that it is NOT necessary to read this entire section in order to understand how to use MerchantAmerica's many features, but it is useful in order to maximize your creative potential.
